Children Under The Age Of 18 TexTivia does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly or allow such persons to register to use TexTivia. When registering to use our Service, each user is required to submit his or her date of birth and no individual shall be permitted to join as a member unless he or she indicates to us that he or she is at least 18 years old.
