As our COO, Neal essentially oversees the circus and makes sure it doesn’t get too circus-y. He’s always on the lookout for beneficial ways to grow Textivia, and he makes sure we’re all going in a positive direction.

Describe your job in one sentence.
I am responsible for the operations of Textivia, which includes sales, production, and ongoing marketing efforts on behalf of our clients.
If a client was visiting Raleigh, what’s the one place you’d say they have to visit?
Since I’m a lifelong Tarheel fan and UNC grad, I’d recommend a quick trip down I-40 to visit one of the oldest (and finest) public universities in the country.
What one tip would you give to clients for working with an agency?
Communicate. Great communication is the key to a positive, long-lasting relationship
What are three things you can’t live without?
My iPhone, coffee, and North Carolina barbeque are all close to my heart.
What’s your favorite kind of project to work on?
I love working with engaged clients who take an active interest in their marketing, no matter the project or interest.
What’s a random piece of trivia about you that you’ve never used for this type of question?
I have quite a knack for woodworking, which began around age six with my father and neighbors.
